Construction of a green (environmental impact reduction) government building began in 2010 under the concept of building a government building that is friendly to the environment and people, and Network Floor 40, an Eco Mark certified 3R product, was adopted as an environmentally friendly raised access floor that matched the concept.In addition, by adopting Network Floor 40, a low-floor raised access floor, in the new building, it was possible to review the number of floors to be built and reduce construction costs.

The reason why the network floor was adopted in Building B following Building A in 2014 was because there was a strong request for continued adoption from the government offices that had actually used the network floor in Building A. For office staff who often make frequent wiring changes themselves, the fact that there is no need to incur the effort and expense of having to call in a specialist was a major differentiator compared to other companies' raised access floors.
