Several years after installation, there are cases where raised access floors begin to wobble due to distortion of the product or aging of the building, but Network Floor and High-steel were highly evaluated as highly durable raised access floors that do not wobble. Their high durability and sustained comfortable walking feel were the key points in their adoption.
High-steel (H=70mm) was used on the lower floors of the government building, while the low-floor Network Floor 40 was used on the third floor and above.
