By installing Square Turf Light, a lightweight rooftop greening system, in addition to Daiflex Green Place construction method, waterproofing and root resistance are improved.
The plants are Zoysiagrass, and the three floors are controlled by a single sensor-type automatic irrigation controller.
Two 10m-tall ficus trees are planted at the entrance.
