Outline
In this large-scale project to construct twin towers approximately 230 meters tall, the first phase, "TOWER S" on the south side, was completed in February 2025. (The north side, "TOWER N," is scheduled for completion in fiscal year 2030.)
This facility is a mixed-use complex with a hotel on the upper floors, offices on the middle floors, and commercial areas on the lower floors and exterior. It is a next-generation urban building that combines environmental considerations with high design quality through large-scale vertical greening.
In this project, our Bus duct was adopted as the main power line for critical power sources of "TOWER S," contributing to a stable power supply.

- It can handle the high-capacity power transmission lines required for large-scale buildings.
