Adjustable support-type raised access floor with anti-wobble function, made of lightweight, easy-to-process wood-core steel panels
Quadfix 600 is a thin, rattle-free raised access floor made of wood-core steel panels. If you forget to tighten the lock screws, the carpet tiles will lift up, and it features a rattle prevention system that allows you to visually check if you have forgotten to tighten them. This product comes with a reassuring 3-year warranty.

POINT 01Anti-rattle system
Rather than locking the four panels together with a single locking material, the four corners of the panels are secured with a locking screw. These locking screws are not only designed to prevent them from being separated from the panel and becoming lost, but also have a function that allows you to visually check if any screws have been left tightened, as the finishing material will not fit if any have been left tightened.

POINT 02High strength and 3-year product warranty
This product is made of wood and steel (wood-core steel) and has a load-bearing capacity of 3000N, as rated by the Public Buildings Association. The characteristics of the material result in high strength with little residual deformation. It is durable enough for the needs of a typical office, and its high-strength materials and anti-rattle system ensure a three-year product warranty.

POINT 03Lightweight, thin, 600mm square module
System weight is 21kg/m2It is lightweight and reduces the impact on the building structure. The panel size is thin at 19mm thick, and the 600mm square size is designed to fit architectural and lighting modules. The panel, which has a wood core, is easy to process and allows for greater freedom in terms of outlet placement, etc.

The panel is only 19mm thick, so even when installed at H=50mm, sufficient effective wiring height of 31mm can be secured, allowing the harness outlet to be stored within the floor.

Cutting, drilling, and other on-site processing are easy, making it easy to install grilles for underfloor air conditioning. Be sure to use auxiliary supports to ensure strength. (The customer must provide the grilles for underfloor air conditioning.)

Wiring can be easily taken out from any side. If you need to take out a large amount of wiring, please use the outlet cover.

If you wish to add a partition within a tenant, the partition can be installed on top of the Raised Access Floor panel.
(If separation between tenants or security is required, we recommend installing a partition from the slab.) -

CONSTRUCTION DETAILS
Quadfix 600 complies with the non-flammable and semi-non-flammable performance tests (heat generation tests) based on the Building Standards Act Enforcement Ordinance, and is designed to be safe with a 0-second after-flame time as specified by the Public Buildings Association.

We conduct in-house tests that simulate special environments.

Special Exam ①Sprinkler Test
Test result: No abnormalities
Assuming a situation where the floor is flooded by a sprinkler system, we sprayed the same amount of water onto the floor as if 80L of water was sprayed per minute for 30 minutes, and checked the condition. The results showed that there were no problems with the sprinkler system spraying water.

Special Exam ②Submersion test
Test results: No change in load deformation, residual deformation, or maximum load
After submerging the panels in fresh water for one hour, a load-bearing test was conducted. The results showed that the load-bearing performance was the same before and after the submersion test, confirming that the construction quality was such that the panels could be used continuously.

Special Exam 3Panel warpage test due to humidity
Test result: No abnormalities
Using a thermostatic chamber, we measured the warping of panels placed at a temperature of 40°C and humidity of 80% for five weeks. As a result, we confirmed that no warping occurred and that the panels are resistant to humidity.

Removing and attaching the panel
The panels can be easily attached and removed using a commercially available Phillips head screwdriver. -
Removing the outlet cover
Insert a screwdriver into the hole in the center of the cover and pull it up. -
Transporting heavy objects
When transporting a cart weighing over 300 kg, please protect it with 9 mm plywood.
