Network Floor 29
Long-lasting and sustainableUltra-strong and lightweightConcrete Raised Access Floor
Network Floor is a product developed with user convenience as the top priority, allowing end users to easily remove wiring and add or relocate outlets as they wish. The unique structure's ability to conform to uneven surfaces and high-strength materials provide an overwhelming feeling of comfort when walking on it, and the product specifications, which are environmentally friendly with a long lifespan that requires no maintenance and a reuse and recycling system, bring various added values to buildings.
| #1 | The specifications of Network Floor 29 will be changed from the September 2024 delivery. |
| Reason for the specification change: By reducing the size of the concrete mat blocks and the cable path cover, the unevenness of Network Floor 29 has been improved more than ever before. | |

Product Features
PRODUCT FEATURES

POINT 01Durability and 10-year warranty
The network floor has been rated 5000N and 3000N by the Public Buildings Association.
For general Raised Access Floors, the allowable load capacity (long-term load capacity) for a 5000N product is 3300N after taking into account the safety factor, but the allowable load capacity of Network Floor is 5000N, and it is a highly durable product with a reassuring 10-year warranty. -

POINT 02Sustained walking comfort
Network Floor is a product with small unevenness-adjusting increments. The flexible concrete mat conforms to uneven surfaces flexibly, eliminating wobble and providing a comfortable walking experience comparable to that of a bare floor. Even if the slab deteriorates over time due to long-term use, the Network Floor itself will conform to the surface, preventing wobble.
What is an unevenness following unit?
"The size of the maximum unit that the product can follow along uneven surfaces"You read it right!
-

POINT 03Big wiring capacitance
Even with a low floor height of just 40mm and 29mm, the thin Raised Access Floor has a large effective wiring height comparable to that of other companies' double-layered structures with a height of 60-70mm.By utilizing the Feed-in Mat N (main line mat), it can be easily used even in areas where there is more than one office equipment per person and wiring is concentrated around distribution boards and servers.

-

POINT 04Easy and economical wiring
Office workers can easily route cables and add or remove outlets as they like. This reduces office maintenance costs and is very economical. Furthermore, the network floor makes it easy to install power strips along the walls, making it extremely convenient for users.
-

POINT 05No need for dustproof coating
In new construction, dustproof coating is generally required on the floor (slab) surface, but since Network Floor covers the floor surface with the product, dustproof coating is not required. This reduces the cost of dustproof coating and shortens the construction period.
-

POINT 06Excellent workability
Network Floor simply requires laying the mat, and the borders (along the wall) can be easily cut to size with a utility knife. Installation time is one-third that of conventional double-layered structures. Construction can be done over the weekend, so your new office can be ready by Monday.

POINT 07Thin (low floor) type
The slim (low-floor) type offers benefits for both existing and new buildings.
In the case of an existing
The high ceilings ensure a comfortable office space without feeling oppressive.
The ramp area can be kept small to reduce dead space. In the case of a new building
It becomes easier to achieve higher ceiling heights, which increases the sense of quality in an office.
By making the Raised Access Floor thin (low floor) and reducing the height of the building, it is possible to reduce the amount of building materials used and construction costs. -

POINT 08Disaster prevention (fire resistance/earthquake resistance)
The key to flame resistance is fire and earthquake resistance. Network Floor is a semi-non-combustible material and has been rated by the Public Buildings Association as having a zero-second after-flame time, making it safe from fire. Additionally, the lack of oxygen within the Network Floor prevents cables from burning, providing double safety. At the same time, it is highly earthquake-resistant (without 0G vibration).
-

POINT 09Earthquake-resistant fixing of fixtures
The Network Floor is made of ultra-high-strength lightweight concrete, making it very strong, and yet with a low floor height of just 29mm or 40mm, anchor bolts can be used from above the Raised Access Floor to easily secure fixtures directly to the floor slab. Securing fixtures to an earthquake-resistant state is the number one priority in ensuring the safety of your office.

Earthquake-resistant fastening is the fixing of fixtures to prevent them from falling over in the event of an earthquake. Earthquake resistance performance varies depending on a variety of complex factors, such as the strength of the floor slab (framework) and fixture base, so there is no guarantee that fixtures will not fall over or that items stored within them will not be damaged in all earthquakes. (For earthquake-resistant fastening such as anchors, please consult a construction company or fixture manufacturer.)

POINT 10床暖房対応
Underfloor heating is ideal for heating an office, as it keeps the head cool and the feet warm, improving concentration. Network floors, which are primarily made of concrete with heat storage properties, can be used in combination with underfloor heating. They are lower and more compact than underfloor air conditioning systems, and heat the entire area evenly with radiant heat.

Partition installation (in case of retrofitting)
The partitions can be installed anywhere on the network floor.* There are also components that can easily separate the space under the floor. -

Simple movable partition installation (for retrofitting)
When retrofitting, it can be installed on either the concrete mat or the wiring path cover, ensuring the wiring path and allowing greater flexibility when changing the layout.
Drill holes with a concrete drill and secure directly to the slab floor with P-less anchors. -

Simple movable partition installation (pre-installed)
Partitions can be installed on top of the network floor (post-installation method) or installed in advance (pre-installation method). The same applies to light steel partitions.
