High-steel is not only used in large offices and financial institutions with a large volume of wiring, but is also used in projects to replace raised access floors with a height of around 100mm. It is a high-strength product with a 10-year warranty and an unevenness-following structure that reduces wobble, so it can reduce maintenance costs such as wobble adjustment and replacement, which can become a problem over long periods of use. The small 165mm square panel requires little effort to open and close, and combines large wiring capacity with ease of maintenance.

The combination of bending-resistant steel panels and compression-resistant resin standard pedestals ensures high durability. This long-life Raised Access Floor comes with a 10-year warranty, ensuring peace of mind even under long-term loads.
POINT 02Sustained walking comfort

Not only does the unique structure flexibly conform to the floor, preventing wobbling, but the sound-absorbing non-woven fabric on top of the standard pedestal maintains a quiet and comfortable walking experience. By eliminating the need for unevenness adjustment work or replacement of the Raised Access Floor, unnecessary maintenance costs are reduced.

POINT 03Abundant number of wiring outlets

There are plenty of wiring outlets (72 locations/m2), which is about nine times more than a typical raised access floor. No special tools or processing are required to take out the wiring. Various outlets can be added in units of one panel (165mm intervals).
POINT 04Separate Bridge HS prevents contact

By using the special component "Separate Bridge HS" within the Raised Access Floor, it is easy to prevent contact between power lines, telephone lines, and information lines (compliant with electrical equipment technical standards). Wiring can be managed safely even within the invisible floor.
POINT 05Lightweight panel and system weight

18kg / m²~24kg/m²This lightweight lineup of products places little strain on the structure. The panels that are detachable for wiring maintenance are small and lightweight, weighing just 400g or 500g (165mm x 165mm), making work easy.
POINT 06Easily change specifications between 3000N and 5000N

The specifications for partial load-bearing performance, such as when setting up a heavy-duty zone, can be easily changed by simply changing to a panel with a different steel plate thickness. The panels are engraved with markings to distinguish the specifications. This is a hassle-free product, as there is no need to replace the standard pedestal when making changes.
POINT 07Wide range of wiring storage heights

High-steel has a thin panel thickness of up to 16 mm, allowing for greater wiring storage height than other pillar-adjustable raised access floors.
