Perfect Bolt - A connection bolt that never loosens

All connection bolts of the insulated Bus duct are maintenance-free and do not require retightening. The connection bolt functions of the E-BD type Bus duct are perfectly managed.

Connection method

Tightening

After connection is completed When tightened with the standard dedicated wrench, the outer head of the bolt will twist off when the specified torque is reached, and the red ring will come off.
In this state, the detent function will not work, so break and remove the red plate. This will set the locking mechanism.
Once the red plate is removed, the bolts cannot be loosened.

After connection is completed

A perfectly tightened bolt will only have the blue ring remaining.

Bolt inspection

All you need to do is visually check that all the bolts have only the blue rings attached.

When loosening a bolt that has been connected

If you need to loosen a Perfect Bolt after it has been tightened due to a connection error or dimensional adjustment, you can do so by breaking the blue ring and then bending up the stopper of the locking mechanism, then using a wrench to loosen it.
When retightening, be sure to use a new Perfect Bolt.

• M12 bolt: 86N・m±5% (877kgf・cm±5%)

PS Torque Bolt (E-BD, SS-T, AS, HV, SH-V types)

The PS torque bolts used to tighten conductors for each phase at connections between Bus ducts and equipment, and at HV/SH-V connections, etc., have a double-head structure that controls the tightening torque. To tighten, use a general-purpose tool to tighten the red outer head of the bolt. The outer head will twist off when the specified torque is reached.
In addition, the outer head of the bolt is made of plastic, making it electrically and mechanically safe.
These bolts have a torque management function that ensures correct tightening at all times, and the tightening status can be visually confirmed.

Torsional breaking torque value of PS torque bolt

• M10 bolt: 27.0±2.5N・m (275±25kgf・cm)
• M12 bolt: 48.5±4.4N・m (495±45kgf・cm)

PF Joint Clip (AS type, SV-F type, 200A to 400A)

Joint ClipThe PF joint clip for connecting conductors of the A-S type Baby Bus duct and SV-F type Black Bus uses a combination of U-shaped conductor connection fittings and multiple disc springs, providing a stable connection with uniform contact pressure and even with slight expansion and contraction due to thermal expansion.
In addition, the connector is covered with transparent plastic, so the connection status can be visually confirmed and it is electrically safe.
The PF Joint Clip can be connected by simply inserting it into the connection, turning the joint pin 1/4 turn, and pulling it out. No tools are required, and the foolproof mechanism completely prevents connection errors.
