F-PE type Fireproof Bus duct
First in Japan to be approved by the Fire and Disaster Management Agency after undergoing rigorous testing
Bus duct certified as a fire-resistant wiring material
In order to protect precious human lives from fire, the law requires that department stores, hotels, hospitals and other facilities frequented by many people be equipped with various types of disaster prevention equipment.
These disaster prevention facilities are required to be equipped with emergency power sources and have fire-resistant wiring.
Fire-resistant Bus duct is a highly safe fire-resistant wiring material that not only has excellent fire resistance but also does not become a path for the spread of fire in the event of a fire.

Product Features
PRODUCT FEATURES
-
POINT 01Excellent fire resistance
Emergency power circuits can be safely maintained even when heated to 840°C for 30 minutes according to the fire temperature curve.
In addition, since no harmful gas-generating materials such as vinyl are used, no harmful gases are generated even during a fire. -
POINT 02Cost reduction for emergency main lines
In principle, the use of fire-resistant wiring is required for emergency power circuits, but the use of general-purpose Bus ducts is permitted if they are located in a dedicated non-combustible compartment or a shaft with fire-resistant properties.
By using fire-resistant Bus duct and general-purpose Bus duct depending on the installation location, it is possible to reduce trunk line costs. -
POINT 03Load branching is possible
Even in fire-resistant Bus ducts, load branching is possible from cable branching joiners.
Since the load can be branched at any location, it is ideal for emergency main lines. -
POINT 04No need for fireproofing
Fireproof Bus duct uses mica sheet as insulation.
Therefore, there is no need to cover the Bus duct body or the surrounding joints with fire-resistant covering material after installation. -
POINT 05Secure connection
The "Perfect Bolt" used in the connections of Bus Duct is equipped with mechanisms to perfectly manage and maintain the performance of the connection bolt, including a tightening confirmation function and a locking mechanism to prevent loosening. It protects the safety of the connection from construction to maintenance, and is maintenance-free with no need for retightening.

POINT 06Total cost reduction
Bus ducts are prefabricated, which reduces construction costs. In addition, by supplying power to multiple trunk lines at once, a high demand rate can be applied, allowing for efficient trunk line design that matches the output of the transformer, reducing initial costs.
