About the manufacturing plant

In 1961 (Showa 36), the Kanagawa Technical Center began operations as a manufacturing base for integrated Bus duct production in Yamato City, Kanagawa Prefecture. In response to the recent increase in demand for Bus ducts and to fulfill our supply responsibilities as a specialized manufacturer, we began operations at the Ayase Plant in Ayase City, Kanagawa Prefecture in 2020 (Reiwa 2).
With two manufacturing bases, we are now able to ensure business continuity planning (BCP) in the event of an emergency, and have established an even more stable supply system.

Bus duct is a custom-made product that is manufactured to suit the site. Each product is carefully made by highly skilled employees who make this possible.
We also have a construction training facility where you can experience Bus Duct construction. This facility is used by both internal and external parties, including subcontractors, for new employee education and training. As a contribution to the local community, we open our rooftop futsal court to the general public free of charge, and we also accept local junior high school students for work experience learning.

The Ayase Plant mainly manufactures its main products, the E-BD type insulated Bus duct and the SS-T type shaft star. Currently, the manual sheet metal processing has been semi-automated, and a continuous production line with only horizontal movement, which was not possible at the Kanagawa Technical Center, has been constructed to improve productivity.
In addition, our rooftop greening system, Square Turf, has been installed on the rooftop and rooftops.₂This helps to reduce costs.
