1. Excellent durability

Due to its sacrificial anti-corrosion properties, it has 3 to 6 times the durability of ordinary zinc-plated steel sheets.

2. Flexible delivery schedule

Since the case is made from Galvalume steel sheet, there is no need for a painting process, allowing for flexible delivery schedules.In addition, since no paint is used, it is an environmentally friendly steel sheet.

3. Excellent heat reflectivity

This steel sheet has a heat reflectivity of 70-75%, which is higher than that of regular zinc-plated steel sheet (approximately 30-40%).

Galvalume steel sheet is an aluminum-zinc alloy plated steel sheet that combines the corrosion resistance of aluminum's passivation film with the sacrificial corrosion protection of zinc, resulting in excellent long-term durability.

The surface of Galvalume steel sheet is covered with areas with a high aluminum content, on which a chemically stable and dense aluminum oxide film is formed. Under normal circumstances, this film acts as a protective film and prevents the base material from rusting. If defects (pinholes, scratches, etc.) occur in the plating layer, the aluminum oxide film and the sacrificial corrosion protection action of zinc prevent rust from progressing into the base material.
