What is the fire prevention method?

In the event of a fire, smoke and fire prevention measures are taken at the parts (floors, walls, etc.) that penetrate fire compartments to prevent the wiring from spreading and filling safe compartments with smoke, hindering evacuation and spreading the fire.

What are the different uses for shaft star floor supports?
The vertically laid Shaftstar floor support system

Intermediate floor support: Installed on intermediate floors other than ① and ③
Spring floor support: Installed within 50m of the top floor of the vertical installation floor support section and the vertical installation length

However, low-voltage Bus ducts made by Hitachi Cable and Mitsubishi Cable can be connected by attaching an adapter.

Electrical performance

Please tell me about case earths and grounding wires.

Since Bus duct construction is the connection and extension of a single Bus duct, the connections between ducts and conductors must be securely connected both mechanically and electrically. Our Bus ducts use a case earth method for electrical connections at their connections.
The interpretation of the Electrical Equipment Technical Standards (Article 163 Bus duct construction, paragraph 1) requires that "ducts and electric wires must be firmly and completely connected electrically," but there are no regulations regarding "electrical connections."
Therefore, the electrical connection of the duct connection part of our Bus duct should be carried out by carrying out the grounding work (Type C or D grounding work) prescribed in Article 163 of the Interpretation of the Technical Standards for Electrical Equipment, and further by using a method that obtains the respective grounding resistance values ​​prescribed in Article 17 of the Interpretation of the Technical Standards for Electrical Equipment.
At our company, the thickness of the bond wire between the Bus duct and the equipment connection box is KIV electric wire 38 sq x 2.

What about connections with dissimilar metals?

For Bus duct conductor connections, both aluminum and copper conductors are electroplated.
The contact surfaces are greased before connection, so they are electroplated and do not suffer from electrolytic corrosion.
Even when the copper terminals of devices are tin-plated (or silver-plated), the contact between the aluminum conductor and the copper conductor is replaced by contact between the tin-plated (or silver-plated) and electroplated, and grease is applied to prevent the infiltration of electrolyte and prevent electrolytic corrosion.
