KYODO KY-TEC's philosophy
Our business cannot be sustained by our employees alone. We need the understanding and support of many people, especially those in the local community. We believe that without the development of the local community, our company cannot develop either. Through various activities, we strive to achieve coexistence and mutual prosperity.
Charity Walking
An initiative that combines "fun" and "donation"
This is a unique project by our company, based on the concept of "employees and their families participating, walking, eating and having fun." At first glance, this project may seem like just fun, but it is a charity event in which "all participation fees are donated," and more than 100 people participate each time.
This unusual interaction allows employees to see a different side of themselves than they would at the company, and it has become a standard company event that brings about many benefits beyond charity.
Off-site cleaning (Green Circle activities)
For the neighbors who always support us
KYODO KY-TEC has factories in Yamato City and Ayase City, Kanagawa Prefecture, as its manufacturing bases. Factories with production facilities would not be able to function without the understanding of the local community. We are working on this activity every day to give back, even if only a little, to the people who have shown their understanding of our business.
We are working together with the belief that this is an opportunity for local people to understand our business.
Supporting reconstruction efforts following the Great East Japan Earthquake

We will continue to support the present and help connect the future.
We believe that helping to restore the damaged social infrastructure, even if only a little, and supporting the children who represent the future will lead to recovery.
KYODO KY-TEC will continue to support Tohoku, however modestly, through initiatives such as the Hatachi Fund.

As an environmental equipment manufacturer, we are always striving to provide "comfortable technology for people and society" and bring products to the world that contribute to urban development.
We cannot continue this on our own. We believe that it is thanks to the tolerant social environment that is based on the understanding and support of the local community and all those involved.
