Information Security Basic Policy

KYODO KY-TEC Corporation (hereinafter referred to as "our company") will work to maintain and improve information security across the company in accordance with the following policy in order to protect the information assets we hold, including confidential information entrusted to us by our business partners, from all threats and to live up to the trust placed in us by society.

1. Management Responsibility

Under the leadership of management, we strive to maintain and improve information security across the entire company.

2. Establishing an internal system

The Company will establish an organization to maintain and continuously operate information security and will establish a management system to operate information security measures.

3. Employee Initiatives

We will continue to provide our employees with education on information security and strive to raise their awareness of information security.

4. Compliance with laws and regulations

We comply with all laws and regulations related to information security.

5. Response to violations and accidents

In the event of a violation of laws and regulations, breach of contract, or accident related to information security, we will establish a system to minimize the impact, and will strive to investigate the cause and prevent recurrence.
